You have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intention to return the goods and to send them back for either a refund or an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
To avoid unnecessary expenses, please ensure your order matches your requirements precisely.
If there is any disparity between the goods ordered and received, please inform us via email on the day of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the products are returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging with all components, screws, and instructions intact.
Items not meeting these conditions will not qualify for a refund.
Take care to package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
Avoid writing on the outer box or using brown packaging tape, as a re-boxing fee of 10% of the item’s value will be deducted from your refund.
Our returns policy does not cover items that are made to order, customised, or special order.
Opened sealed or shrink-wrapped goods can only be returned if they are defective, with prior agreement via email.
Before installing any goods, carefully check the instructions and parts list to ensure all necessary components are present and installation can be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
We cannot refund products that have been incorrectly installed, nor can we be held responsible for any consequences of improper installation.
We strongly recommend engaging qualified electricians for lighting installation and carpenters for furniture assembly.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lussolights.com within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the damage and packaging. Failure to follow these steps may hinder our ability to investigate the issue. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if possible, arrange for a repair or replacement.
For faulty products, email us at info@lussolights.com with a description and photos of the fault. We will not cover installation costs for faulty products.
To initiate a return, email us at info@lussolights.com and one of our team members will assist you. Upon receipt of your cancellation or return notification, we will issue a returns number, which must be included with your return. Returns must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all contents included. Failure to comply may result in a deduction from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item, with notification sent via email. Funds should appear in your account within 7-10 working days thereafter.
